Luxury Sales Representative - Outdoor Furniture Covers
Couverture Covers Inc. is a premier designer and manufacturer of high-end custom covers for outdoor furniture. We serve a discerning clientele, including luxury homeowners, designers, and showrooms, by providing premium, fully customized solutions.
We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive Luxury Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for high-end design, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to build relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to help us expand our reach in the luxury outdoor furniture market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Service:
Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, designers, and showrooms.
Guide clients through the customization process, offering expert advice on materials, design, and pricing.
Ensure all orders are placed accurately and every detail is captured for our production team.
Deliver a seamless and positive experience for every client.
Sales & Business Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our current luxury clients.
Actively identify and connect with new potential customers, including luxury outdoor furniture manufacturers and interior designers.
Research market trends and collaborate with the team on strategic outreach campaigns to expand our customer base.
Collaboration & Administration:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.
Work closely with our design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Provide valuable feedback to management on market trends and client preferences.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a luxury or high-end market.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
An interest in outdoor furniture, design, or high-end home products is a plus.
Compensation & Perks
Commission amounts can vary based on a customer's budget and total spend. The average commission for this role is $18,750 , with an estimated range of $7,500 to $30,000 .
We provide everything you need to succeed, including a company cell phone, laptop, and a company van with a fuel card. This full suite of tools empowers you to manage your clients and appointments effectively, without the worry of out-of-pocket expenses. Business travel is required based on customer demand, and all meals and customer entertainment are included upon management approval.
