Job Description
Summary/Objective
Perform repetitive operations to produce quality mud flaps with imprinted logos according to work instructions and production orders.
Essential Functions

- Work safely and be actively engaged in site safety programs.
- Set up of hot stamp press line as required following printing instructions from work instructions, including dyes.
- Operation of "punch press" equipment to meet production goals.
- Requires the ability to use tape measure to verify dimensions of product for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Perform quality checks.
- Excellent attendance & punctuality.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail to quality check own work.
- Able to read a tape measure to measure in feet and inches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
- Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements

- Work is performed in a factory setting.
- Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Regular lifting, sometimes up to fifty pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Must wear gloves; eye and ear protection only in marked areas where required.
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Experience working with stamping press a plus.
