We are seeking a motivated, goal-driven HVAC Technician who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. In this hands-on role, you’ll collaborate with supervisors, customers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective heating and cooling services. Perform comprehensive HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation on heating, cooling, and piping systems.
Assemble, measure, cut, and install ductwork, wiring, and fittings using hand and power tools.
Conduct minor plumbing and electrical maintenance according to specifications and HVAC codes.
Complete and document all work in an accurate, detailed, and timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform HVAC construction work , including layout, demolition, and installation of various systems.
Ensure all work complies with state codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with other trades and serve as a resource for HVAC-related needs and planning.
Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
Capable of working independently without direct supervision
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in various environments , including elevated heights, ladders, and platforms
Able to estimate materials and plan work efficiently
2+ years of related HVAC experience
Valid Michigan Driver’s License (Required)
Work Authorization (Required)
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Minimum education)
Must be able to pass a background check
