Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates Partner with clients to fill urgent positions Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in placements Proficiently use recruiting tools and materials Cold call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiating job offers Conduct reference checks on candidates Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consistent high outbound activity to source clients and candidates Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset Effective negotiation skills Degree preferred but not required Benefits & Culture This is a commission‑driven position with a 30‑75% commission on production, unlimited earning potential, and no cap.
