Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our third shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Respond to equipment failures and breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Work with PLCs, motors, sensors, conveyors, and packaging machinery
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work a rotating 2-2-3 shift schedule
