Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to oversee construction projects and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate various tasks effectively. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
• Manage project scheduling using tools.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ensure project costs remain within established limits.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure contract specifications are met.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to enhance their skills.
• Conduct regular inspections of work progress and quality control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in project scheduling software.
• Familiarity with budgeting practices related to construction projects.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Experience with construction management tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
