We are currently seeking a Junior Financial Advisor to join our team!

We have offices in Maple Grove and Lakeville. Primary office for this position can be in either location based on convenience but will require meetings in the other location on occasion.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely under the guidance of a senior financial partner advisor to develop skills and knowledge in the field of finance
• Attend regular meetings and training sessions led by senior advisors or partners to enhance financial acumen and client management techniques
• Shadow senior advisors or partners during client consultations and presentations to gain practical insights and experience
• Learn business development strategies
• Conduct financial assessments of clients to determine their financial status, goals, and risk tolerance
• Understand and work with planning department to help build customized financial plans to address clients’ needs, including investments, insurance, retirement, and tax strategies
• Assist and educate clients with the implementation of their financial plans; monitor progress and make adjustments to plan as necessary
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication
• Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to ensure client satisfaction and integration of services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Relevant certifications (such as Series 7, Series 66)
• Working toward CFP®, ChFC®, etc. (this can begin post-hire)
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Self-starter, motivated, and works well in a team environment

Compensation:

• Annual Salary based on initial qualifications and experience
