About The Role

We are seeking a highly effective, motivated recent graduate to join our team. You will experience all facets of building a startup at a cutting edge biotech company in San Carlos! You will work with an experienced team of founders and scientists, helping out with drafting slides, organizing meetings, researching funding sources, summarizing reports, and more! You are a good fit for this role if you: work hard, are ambitious, creative, and honest, write python scripts to solve your problems, and will do whatever it takes to win.

• BS in STEM or biology field
• Extremely strong work ethic
• Python scripting ability
• Demonstrable ability to put together slide decks for presentations
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Live within a 30 minute commute of San Carlos

• Prior experience at a startup
• Prior experience in biotech
• Hands on lab experience
• Prior experience in B2B sales

• Summarizing reports
• Drafting sales materials
• Organizing travel
• Researching funding sources
• Whatever else is needed for the company to succeed

• This is an in-person role in San Carlos, CA
• The compensation range for this role is $100,000-110,000 along with equity options in the company and benefits
