Job Description: Due to our continued growth and success (turns out people really like beautiful outdoor spaces – who knew?), we're expanding our team with an additional full-time Landscape Design 3D Modeler in our beautiful Bellevue office.

If you're graduating with a degree in Landscape Architecture or have experience making virtual gardens look better than your real one, we want to hear from you! We're seeking 3D modelers who have a passion for Landscape Architecture, AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, d5 Render, and demonstrate creativity, integrity, and commitment. (Warning: May cause uncontrollable urges to redesign every yard you see.)

Skills & Preferred Requirements:

• Expert level proficiency in AutoCAD / Rhino / Lumion, d5 Render, and be open to learning and professional growth. (We promise not to judge your first attempts at 3D trees.)
• Landscape design experience preferred (Minecraft doesn’t count).
• 3D modeling experience preferred (Making your Sims house look amazing is a good start).
• A degree in Landscape Architecture or similar is preferred (But if you can make a virtual water feature not look like a pixelated puddle, we'll talk).
• 1+ years of experience with a design-build landscape company preferred (Time spent watching garden makeover shows counts as research).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Taking already drafted Landscape Designs and creating 3D Models using AutoCAD & Rhino, and rendering in Lumion. (Think of yourself as a landscape translator: converting "flat boring drawings" into "wow, I want to live there!")
• Candidates must be able to work independently (but we're here when you need us), take direction from supervisors (they're actually pretty cool), and work well in a team atmosphere.
• Responsibilities will evolve and improve with increased accuracy, speed, and critical thinking. (AKA: You'll get scary good at this, and we'll probably ask you to teach the new person.)

Compensation & Other Information: $56,000 - $80,000/year DOE + Benefits (Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Holidays, Vacation, and 401k) Plus the satisfaction of knowing you're making the Pacific Northwest even more beautiful, one pixel at a time.
