Birch Tree Communities is seeking dedicated and compassionate Life Skills Coaches to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful support to adults with serious mental illness (SMI) through a recovery-oriented, person-centered approach.
As a Life Skills Coach, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team to help members reach their goals in a safe, supportive residential setting. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about mental health, direct care, and making a daily impact in the lives of others.
