Job Description:

Our firm is seeking an experienced and motivated litigation attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, representing clients in various legal proceedings, including but not limited to civil litigation, commercial disputes, and other legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis of issues related to litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal filings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Provide legal advice to clients and communicate effectively on legal strategies and potential outcomes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing in AZ.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and work independently.
• Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
