We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Personal Injury Litigation. This role requires exceptional legal drafting skills and the ability to write compelling legal documents. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in court and ensure their rights are protected throughout the legal process.

*Responsibilities*

* Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
* Conduct thorough legal research.
* Represent clients in court hearings and trials, advocating for their interests.
* Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
* Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all proceedings.
* Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case status and answer any questions.
* Stay informed about changes in laws relevant to practice areas, including Environmental Law and Immigration Law.

*Experience*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
* Proven experience in litigation with a focus on Personal Injury.
* Strong legal drafting skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Familiarity with legal administrative processes and law office operations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective client representation.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
