United & Audi Field The Manager, Business Strategy & Analytics will support the organization by managing analytics initiatives to drive sales, improve retention, and facilitate data acquisition. Responsibilities include building data visualizations, supporting data warehouse operations, developing predictive models, and enhancing business processes. Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions Support data warehouse migration and development of ETL processes Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor operational results Develop predictive data models for business support Ensure data hygiene and quality control Perform customer segmentation and export targeted lists for marketing Use SQL to develop insights and handle ad hoc requests Assist with data cleaning, importing large data sets, and data research Identify opportunities for improvement Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Proficiency with SQL and BI tools (Tableau preferred), programming languages (R, Python preferred) Experience with ticketing systems like Ticketmaster Archtics preferred Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Experience with market research tools (e.g., Nielsen Scarborough) Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays at events Positive attitude and competitive spirit Must pass a background check D.C.
