We’re growing fast and expanding our in-house marketing department to continue leading the region in creativity, innovation, and customer experience.

The Opportunity

El Paso Artificial Grass Supply is searching for a Marketing Director who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, creative storytelling, and growth strategy .

You’ll oversee all marketing activities, lead a small but talented in-house content team, and drive measurable brand growth through both online and local initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on with digital tools yet ready to step into leadership — managing campaigns, people, and process.

Core Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor an in-house content team (video production + creative coordinator).
• Plan, organize, and manage all marketing projects and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital, social, and local channels.
• Collaborate closely with ownership on vision and direction.

Digital Marketing

• Oversee paid and organic digital campaigns (social media, search, and display).
• Manage reporting tools, analytics dashboards, and CRM integrations.
• Identify new growth opportunities across web and social platforms.
• Optimize funnels, ad performance, and creative testing processes.

Creative Direction

• Guide production of video, photo, and written content.
• Review and approve campaign assets for clarity, tone, and effectiveness.
• Support the development of new creative campaigns for seasonal pushes, community events, and product launches.

Local & Brand Marketing

• Manage showroom promotions, printed collateral, and community partnerships.
• Oversee brand consistency across signage, displays, and local advertising.
• Support referral and neighborhood marketing efforts.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of marketing experience with strong exposure to digital channels.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns, people, and projects from concept to execution.
• Solid grasp of paid media, SEO fundamentals, and social media advertising.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and interpreting marketing results.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in home improvement, construction, or outdoor living industries.
• Familiarity with short-form video content creation.
• Prior success leading small marketing teams or managing creative staff.
