We are currently hiring a Medical Billing Specialist for a well-established healthcare organization in Knoxville. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in medical billing and insurance follow-up who is looking for a stable, full-time schedule.
Details:
Pay rate: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
On-site role – great team environment

Key Responsibilities:
Process and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently
Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve billing discrepancies
Post payments and reconcile accounts
Assist with patient billing inquiries
Requirements:
Previous medical billing experience required
Familiarity with insurance guidelines and EOBs
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
EMR/medical billing software experience a plus
