Job Description

Medical offices in Gurnee (Park City), Woodstock and Chicago seeking full-time experienced, hardworking, motivated and energetic Medical Receptionists.

The qualified candidate *MUST* have one year experience in medical health office registration, benefits and eligibility verification, familiarity with medical terminology and experience of EHR systems*. Please only apply if you have been a medical receptionist before and have previous experience performing the duties described below.*

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: *

* Greet and register patients in office. Collect co-pays and balances at check-in/check-out and post payments. Schedule appointments and procedures
* Maintain effective and efficient patient flow for the office. Check-in and check-out patients in a timely and organized manner
* Answer and manage calls effectively in a fast-paced multi-line phone system.
* Follow and maintain best practices front desk standards as defined by practice and perform other related tasks or duties as necessary.

*JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: *

* *eClinicalWorks (ECW) experience is an advantage.*
* *MINIMUM* one year of Medical Receptionist experience in a physician office/clinic setting.
* Bilingual (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
