Now Hiring: Fabricator – Custom Metalwork
Location: Harmony, NC | Pay: $14–$18/hr (based on experience) |Join our team as a Fabricator and put your skills to work building custom ductwork, structural supports, enclosures, and specialty assemblies for industrial ventilation and dust collection systems.
Read blueprints and shop drawings
Cut, form, and assemble steel and sheet metal
Operate shop tools: press brakes, shears, saws, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutters
Check measurements for accuracy and fit
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Assist with layout and occasional field prep
Experience in metal fabrication or welding
Ability to read technical drawings
Familiarity with shop tools and safety practices
Detail-oriented with pride in quality work
Experience with ductwork, structural steel, or HVAC is a plus
Welding certs, forklift, or crane experience are also bonuses
Competitive pay: $14–$18/hr based on experience
