We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the transition and consolidation of applications and services to a new Identity Provider (IDP) platform. This role involves overseeing data migration, decommissioning legacy services, and ensuring a seamless transition through robust validation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of applications and services to a new IDP solution.
• Manage the consolidation of applications/services, including data migration.
• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy identity services.
• Develop and implement validation procedures to ensure successful migrations.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with Okta’s Identity Engine platform and its integration capabilities.
• Expertise in IDP protocols including SSO, SAML, OIDC, JIT, and SCIM.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve technical issues.
• High attention to detail in gathering requirements and validating solutions.

Communication Skills:

• Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and reports.

Project Management Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

• Must possess relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant.
