Onsite RN Health Coach - Peachtree and Griffin, GA Join us as an Onsite RN Health Coach at The Cigna Group in Peachtree and Griffin, GA. Role Summary The primary focus of the Clinical Wellness Nurse is on individual coaching, site health promotion, and clinic functions. Job Description Clinical Wellness Nurse - GA The Clinical Wellness Nurse collaborates with Cigna benefits and account teams to balance individual coaching sessions with wellness program delivery, including event scheduling, appointment coordination, and monitoring program effectiveness. The role aims to educate and influence employees at the worksite to lead healthy lifestyles. Responsibilities Conduct individual coaching sessions. Identify members' health advocacy needs. Use motivational interviewing and engagement strategies to support employee health and wellness. Provide onsite support to help members identify behavior change needs to improve health and quality of life. Deliver health and wellness education through various media, including group presentations, support groups, games, quizzes, newsletters, etc. Follow up to ensure wellness engagement and assess future educational or referral needs. Health Promotion Educate about wellness programs, tools, and services. Increase awareness and visibility of wellness initiatives. Organize wellness events and campaigns. Clinical Functions / Telemedicine Prepare patients for virtual provider visits. Perform CLIA-waived testing, labs, biometric testing, and vaccine administration. Input health information into the system. Manage daily operations of the health center. Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in GA. Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a physician’s office or hospital. Experience in health education and wellness coaching preferred. Strong client service skills, positive health role modeling, and administrative skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-directed with high energy and computer proficiency. Preferred Skills Virtual/telemedicine experience. Passion for health improvement and patient education. Strong technical skills. This role covers two health centers in Peachtree and Griffin, GA. Cigna requires background checks, drug, and nicotine screening. Internet connection must be broadband with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds for remote work.
