Looking for electromechanical system level build and troubleshooting experience. Performs the build, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at a system level. Determines and may develop test specifications, methods, and procedures from blueprints, drawings, and diagrams. May complete rework on assemblies and/or systems because of testing. Prepares technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. Lift 50 lb requirement.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience. Looking for a person with strong mechanical, electrical, and software skills. Optical skills in relation to understanding concave/convex mirrors. Test fixture to do a functional test and ability to troubleshoot assemblies a must. Class 100 clean room wearing laser goggles.
