Job Title: Overnight Security Guard (PT/FT)

Location: Annapolis, MD

2015 West Street & 2029 West Street

Compensation: $20.00-$20.00 per hour

Shifts: 9-hour overnight shifts (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Role:
GOLDLEAF is seeking dependable and vigilant Security Guards to protect our GOLDLEAF and GOLDLEAF HQ properties during overnight hours. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in ensuring the safety and security of others. We are currently hiring for either one full-time position or two to three part-time positions to cover our overnight security needs.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol GOLDLEAF dispensary and HQ properties, including parking lots and buildings
• Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, or unauthorized access
• Contact law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Maintain clear and accurate incident reports
• Ensure a professional and calm presence throughout the shift

Equipment Provided:

• Mace
• Flashlight
• Golf Cart for property patrols

Qualifications:

• Prior security experience preferred but not required
• Must be reliable, observant, and able to remain alert during overnight hours
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Must be at least 21 years old
