PACU RN – Panama City, FL | Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

HealthCare Support is actively interviewing for a PACU RN in Panama City, FL. Join an RN-only, fast-paced surgical team recently expanded with outpatient surgery, creating exciting opportunities for growth. Work at a nationally recognized facility honored with multiple accreditations and awards for excellence and patient safety, while providing vital post-operative care.

Pay & Incentives

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• $30 – $44 an hour depending on experience
• Shift Differential

Schedule

• Mon–Fri: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s (flexible start times between 5am–11am)
• Condensed Weekend Option: 12-hour shifts Sat & Sun + 1 weekday shift
• On-Call: Nights (currently 1x/week, expected to decrease)

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (or compact, with active FL license within 90 days)
• Preferred: 1 year ER, ICU, IMCU, or Critical Care experience

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients post-anesthesia, ensuring airway, vitals, pain management, and safe recovery
• Respond to complications, provide wound care, document care, and educate patients/families in coordination with surgical teams
