The Role: Nurse Practitioner - Healthcare Partnership Program In this part-time NP role, you'll be embedded onsite within one of our partner organizations to care for employees and their families through primary, preventive, and acute care.
Schedule details: - Mondays & Wednesdays
- Start at 16 hours/week , with the potential to increase to 20 hours/week as patient demand grows
- Hourly pay: $50/hr
- Non-exempt position
This role is ideal for a Nurse Practitioner who values autonomy, proactive care, and meaningful patient relationships - all within a supportive, mission-driven clinical team.
What You'll Do - Provide advanced clinical support including acute and episodic care, primary preventive care, and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with HPP nurses on claims analysis
- Establish clinical pathways and treatment protocols
- Conduct telehealth visits as needed
- Coordinate care with patients' external provider networks
- Act as a clinical consultant while upholding exceptional standards of care
- Maintain required licensure and certifications
What You Bring Required Qualifications - Master's degree in Nursing (from an accredited program)
- Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
- Active, unrestricted FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
- Active Michigan NP Specialty Certification
- 2+ years of nursing experience (med-surg, ER, ICU, acute care, public health, school nursing, or outpatient preferred)
- BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications - DOT Examiner Certification (or willingness to train)
- Additional specialty certifications encouraged (Health Coaching, Case Management, Primary Care, Emergency/Hospital-based specialties, Women's/Men's Health, Sports Medicine)
