Take 5 Oil Change is your neighborhood go-to oil change spot with over 35 years of experience. They are seeking friendly and energetic part-time Oil Change Team Members (lube technicians) to join their growing team. No experience is required as training is provided. Responsibilities include changing oil, replacing wiper blades and air filters, filling air in tires, performing light maintenance services, washing windshields, adjusting tire pressure, inspecting and topping off fluids, performing coolant exchanges, restocking inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, maneuver safely in a shallow 3’ deep pit, and be physically able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, and work in various weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from the shop is required. The company offers part-time schedules, paid weekly, competitive base pay with commissions up to $15/hr, weekly bonuses, free oil changes, and opportunities for advancement with paid training. Over 90% of Shop Managers started as lube techs.
