Job Title: Picker

Salary: $16 per hour

We are currently hiring a Picker to join our team. As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing garden spikes and preparing boxes for shipping. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack garden spikes according to customer orders
• Ensure accuracy and quality control during the picking and packing process
• Use handheld scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products from designated locations
• Prepare boxes and packaging materials for shipping
• Label and organize shipments for efficient delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to [insert weight limit] pounds
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
