Location: San Antonio & Austin, TX (serving South & Central Texas)

Salary: $100,000-$125,000

We’re looking for a Foreman with 5+ years of underground utility experience who knows how to run a crew, keep production moving, and deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently. This is a leadership role in the field — perfect for someone who leads by example, holds people accountable, and takes pride in getting the job done right .

• Lead and direct daily activities of field crews on underground utility projects.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and work orders to guide production.
• Coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers to maintain schedules and meet goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with City, TxDOT, and utility standards.
• Track crew hours, material usage, and daily production using job-site reporting tools.(Heavy Job)
• Mentor and train crew members, building future leaders in the field.
• Solve problems in real time, making sure issues don’t slow production.
• Travel as needed to support projects across San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas .

• 5+ years of experience in underground utility or heavy civil construction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a field crew.
• Strong working knowledge of water, storm, and sanitary sewer systems .
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings .
• Commitment to safety and quality — no shortcuts.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and reporting skills (Microsoft Office, field software a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
