Salary Range: $310,000 $535,000 About the Opportunity

• Immediate need for a Private Equity Fund Formation associate with 4-7 years of experience.
• Ideal candidates will have large firm experience representing private fund sponsors and institutional investors on a variety of complex fund formation matters, co-investments and secondary transactions.
• This is an excellent opportunity for experienced associates to grow professionally as part of a global practice which will provide substantial client interaction, significant responsibility, growth potential and a team-oriented work environment.
