Responsibilities: * Perform installation, termination, and repair of electrical wire bundles per technical schematics and blueprints
* Properly handle fiber optic components during electrical maintenance procedures
* Interpret and follow complex wiring diagrams and schematics
* Ensure adherence to contract and regulatory requirements in all maintenance tasks
* Accurately document work performed and maintain records in compliance with company and federal standards
* Work at heights using fall protection equipment in compliance with OSHA 1926, 191066, 1910 Subpart D
* Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and first-time quality Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or GED
* Clearance: Must be able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of aircraft electrical maintenance experience
* Aircraft Background: Hands-on experience with 737 platforms or derivatives (preferred)
* Technical Skills: * Proficiency in wire bundle installation and termination
* Ability to read and apply blueprint schematics
* Skilled in fiber optic handling and installation
* Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced MRO environment
* Work Environment: * Must be able to work at elevated heights with certified fall protection equipment
