Program/Project Management Lead $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr Location – 100% Onsite – Houston, TX Responsibilities: Provide overall direction, oversight, and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers working on moderately complex tasks. Offer input to leadership regarding budget, approach, and technical considerations to improve operational efficiency and team functionality. Ensure successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders, including cloud platform engineering teams, to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable cloud applications. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience. Minimum 2+ years of experience leading technologists to manage and solve complex technical challenges. Hands‑on leadership at code level in Python, Azure SDK, and proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong ability to guide and coach teams toward achieving goals aligned with strategic initiatives. Experience in hiring, developing, and recognizing technical talent. Expertise in Azure services – Storage, Compute, Integration, IAM, and Network. Practical experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Azure cloud‑native solutions. Proficiency in automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Spinnaker. Experience with version control systems (Git). Knowledge of Azure policy writing, testing, and cloud security best practices, with a strong understanding of Azure governance. Demonstrated experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
