The Role: As our
Executive Assistant , you'll be the right hand to Lelly Woo-Grimes and the team, supporting everything from scheduling and communication to office management and special projects. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and contributing to the success of our top-tier business. If you love working in a fun, dynamic environment and have a passion for helping others, this is the perfect job for you!
Key Responsibilities: - Bilingual Spanish is a Plus!
- Support the executive team with calendar management, meetings, and event planning
- Handle client communication with professionalism and care (bonus points if you speak Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese!)
- Assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate projects, track deadlines, and provide support to help the team thrive
- Manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Bring your positive energy and creative ideas to the table!
What We're Looking For: - Someone who is organized, proactive, and loves keeping things on track
- A great communicator (both in person and digitally) - you'll be interacting with clients and the team all day!
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Bonus if you have bilingual skills ( Spanish , Vietnamese, Chinese!)

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
