VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Recruiter for a leading organization in Albuquerque, NM.

This is a full-time, temporary position. After 3 months, they will evaluate if the project should continue or if they can hire on directly.

Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.

Pay for this position starts at $25.00 per hour.

As a Recruiter, you will:

• Create and post jobs for hourly positions to various job boards and social media outlets.
• Schedule intake calls with hiring managers.
• Source and qualify candidate resumes.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews.
• Manage the entire candidate experience from pre-screen to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring manager to understand talent needs and ensure candidates are assessed according to the requirements.
• Facilitate interviews.
• Complete all onboarding activities and facilitate pre-employment screenings.

Recruiter candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of recruitment/staffing/onboarding experience.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Experience in driving strategic recruitment efforts.
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate level experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
