Role: Release Manager

Location : Remote

Duration : 6+ Months

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in release management, software delivery, or project/program management.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments; at least 2+ years working with SAFe.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Octopus).
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred

• SAFe certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) , SAFe Practitioner (SPC) , or SAFe for Teams .
• Experience with scaled delivery of enterprise-grade software.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of ITIL processes and Change Management.
