Role Overview:
As a Travel Coordinator, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets. You’ll design personalized itineraries, manage bookings, and provide outstanding service before, during, and after each trip.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and design custom travel itineraries tailored to each client’s unique needs and interests.
Book a wide variety of travel services including flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, tours, and events.
Communicate clearly with clients throughout the planning and travel process to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Stay current on industry trends through regular training and certification opportunities.
Attend webinars and collaborate with travel vendors and suppliers to enhance your destination knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable internet access and a computer or smartphone.
Background in travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Enthusiasm for travel; personal travel experience is a bonus.
