Sales Management Trainee

Location: Riverside, CA

We’re hiring a Sales Management Trainee to join our Riverside team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to build real-world experience in face-to-face sales and hands-on brand development. You'll be part of a high-energy team that represents products directly to customers at local events, pop-ups, and retail sites. What You'll Do:

• Face-to-Face Sales: Speak with customers in-person at events and public spaces, introducing products, answering questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process
• Brand Representation: Represent the brand clearly and professionally while communicating its value to new audiences
• Campaign Support: Help organize and deliver sales and outreach campaigns in event and retail environments
• Customer Interaction: Build rapport with customers, gather feedback, and maintain a positive brand experience throughout each interaction
• Goal Achievement: Work toward daily and weekly sales targets while supporting team-wide performance objectives
• Event Participation: Help with the setup, breakdown, and execution of branded displays at marketing events
• Market Awareness: Share insights from customer conversations to help shape campaign messaging and strategy
