Job Title Analyst – SANS-GIAC IT Experience, FISMA Health Information Technology, NIST Location Columbia, SC Job Type Contract – 12 months Compensation DOE Key Qualifications ISC2 Certified, SANS‑GIAC, IT Experience, FISMA Health Information Technology, NIST Responsibilities Perform detailed architectural reviews and risk analysis of security‑related requests to make sound recommendation decisions, including network design, information flow, system and data. Lead the establishment, implementation and enhancement of Information Systems Security and Compliance efforts based on State/Agency Policy and Regulatory Guidance such as FISMA, NIST, CMS MARS‑E, HIPAA, etc. Coordinate with SCDHHS staff, business units, stakeholders and vendors; develop and maintain System Security Plans, Privacy Impact Assessments, Interconnection Security Agreements, Computer Matching Agreements, and complete RMF/Assessment and Authorization artifacts. Integrate RMF/A&A tasks and artifacts into the System Development Life Cycle for roles such as ISSO, Information Security Architect, Security Control Assessor. Support security of Cloud services and vendor management activities. Execute other related duties as assigned. Desired Experience Leadership experience with CMS MARS‑E, ARC‑AMPE, or other FISMA RMF compliant programs. Hands‑on with Archer (eGRC), Linux, Windows servers, network firewalls, IPS, switching & routing, SIEM, IAM solutions.
