What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the cruise operations location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with crowd management and/or guest inquiries during embarkation and disembarkation processes as required by the site.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and/or any security-related occurrences.
• Collaborate with other Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment for all staff, guests, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
