I am offering a rent-free, furnished room with TV, Wi-Fi, and cable for the right candidate. I need someone who is self-motivated, competent, and in good physical condition. You must have a driver's license and references. The work hours are from 9am-5pm approximately, with occasional assistance needed throughout the night. The pay is $23 an hour.
