Job Description

As a product manager for quick commerce supply chain, you will build solutions to power a nimble and agile supply chain that ships millions of units every day. Amazon Now (quick commerce) is a well-funded startup within Amazon, where we challenge norms to deliver on our mission to make quick commerce work for Amazon.

You will work on interesting problem statements across supply chain domains, including warehouse operations, buying, replenishment, and labor planning. You are expected to work through ambiguity, identify the right problems to solve, and partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, and business units (such as in-stock, operations excellence, marketing, and category management) to build world-class solutions. All this while maintaining the right pace.

Key job responsibilities

1. Evaluate the supply chain problem space in the context of business needs and evolution to identify opportunities in warehouse operations.
2. Excel in building solutions that maximize warehouse productivity, meet operational timelines, and enhance in-stock levels and availability at dark stores. Key metrics include maximizing warehouse throughput, minimizing supply chain costs, and achieving the ideal operations clock.
3. Create and deliver a robust roadmap for warehouse management solutions across all warehouse types, including ambient, perishable, and produce.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery, trade-offs, and product management or ownership.
• Experience owning technology products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
