The clubhouse offers a great dining experience with indoor dining along with both poolside and patio seating available for the members’ enjoyment. Our community is renowned for its fun and friendly atmosphere, making it a desirable place to reside and work. We expect lively happy hours, social events, and much more for the community which we know will keep the workplace fresh and exciting.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service. Salary: $10.00 per hour.

We are seeking professional Server / Waiter / Waitress / Wait staff with fine dining experience. This is a very important role for us and we rely heavily on our serving staff. They manage the pulse of the dining room and ensure patrons have a memorable dining experience.

* Prepare room the dining room by setting condiments, napkins, service plates, utensils, and table décor as required.
* Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
* Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; offering beverages; suggesting courses, and answering questions about the menu.
* Transmit orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices; identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.
* Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
* Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
* Respond to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs; observing dining process.
* Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
* Conclude dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant; inviting patrons to return.
* Obtain payment by totaling charges; issuing bill; accepting payment; delivering bill and payment to guest; returning change or credit card and signature slip to patrons.

Prior experience is highly desirable in one of the following roles and brands: server, servers, waiter, waiters, wait staff, runner, restaurant crew member, restaurant team member, customer service or other part time FOH restaurant jobs at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Yard House, Tap 42, Lazy Dog, Cheesecake Factory, TGI Fridays, Longhorn, True Food Kitchen, Maggiano's, Chick-fil-A. Requirements/Responsibilities

* Must be at least 18 years of age and have at least 2 years of experience at a fine dining establishment.
* Warm and outgoing personality and a passion for food and customer service.
* Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.
* Punctual, patient, and mindful.
* Good understanding of Cuban cuisine.
* Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Great team player.
* The ability to multitask and work well in a high-volume work environment.
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
* Must have or be able obtain a valid food handler card within the first 30 days.
* Help keep dining room clean
* Follow company policies and applicable laws
* Proficient with cash management
* Basic computer skills
