Licensed Showing Agent – Orange County

We are looking for a licensed Showing Agent to join our top-producing Orange County team. This commission-based opportunity offers rewarding commissions, a consistent flow of leads, and the chance to work closely with experienced producers committed to your growth.

In this role, you’ll manage property showings, assist with lead follow-up, and gain full visibility into the sales process. With proven systems, marketing support, and hands-on coaching, you’ll have the resources to build momentum and grow your career quickly.

$140,000 at plan commissions

• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Present yourself in a professional manner
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

• A real estate license is required
• Sales experience
• Working Rights in the USA
• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
