We are looking for a Social Media Moderator to join our talented team. If you feel that this role is right for you, we would love to hear from you!

Role responsibilities:

• Community management: Monitoring, managing, handling, moderating, resolving customers queries coming from different Social Media and online channels, responding though SM platforms, tools, emails.
• Maintaining the overall sentiment and the brands health.
• Tracking results, making analysis or suggesting new ideas and solutions to optimize a current process.
• Report, escalate and follow up with cross departments.
• Following and maintaining SM policies and guidelines.
• Developing and creating scripts/captions/content if required.
• Creating and publishing content if required.
• Any other tasks mandated by the management.

Role qualifications:

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent English/Arabic verbal and writing skills.
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Demonstrated work experience in a similar role of at least 6 months.
• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
  

• Proactive approach and ability to work in a team environment.
