Children’s Therapy Network (CTN) is a well-established pediatric therapy provider committed to serving families throughout California. With fully equipped clinics in Newbury Park and Ventura , we offer clinic-based Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy designed to support children with developmental, speech, and motor challenges. Our approach is team-based, family-centered, and focused on functional progress.
We are currently looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist —either a Clinical Fellow or a licensed SLP—who is passionate about working with children in a supportive clinical setting. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow their skills, make a meaningful difference, and contribute to a collaborative, purpose-driven team.
Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment results
Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to children with a variety of communication needs
Collaborate with caregivers and other therapy team members to promote progress across settings
Document services and maintain records in an electronic health system
Participate in ongoing training and clinical support offered by CTN
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Eligible for or actively pursuing California licensure
Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply — structured CFY support is available
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is preferred
Previous experience working in pediatric or developmental therapy
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with early intervention, social communication skills, or AAC
Interest in mentoring, clinical education, or program development
Responsive to family communication and caregiver collaboration
Clinic-based setting — no travel between homes or schools
