• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Staff Accountant to join their team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial health of the company.

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial records, including general ledgers and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable ledgers to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Monitor and track inventory transactions and costs in alignment with manufacturing operations.
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis to aid financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and improve processes.
• Address and resolve discrepancies or issues related to financial records.
