As the Studio Manager, you will lead all aspects of studio operations — ensuring an exceptional client experience, driving membership growth, and fostering a high-performing team of stretch practitioners. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage studio performance, and build strong community relationships to grow the Vital Stretch brand locally.

This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a start-up mindset who thrives in a people-focused, wellness-driven environment. You’ll receive comprehensive training in the Vital Stretch Method to deliver top-quality assisted stretching and maintain a clean, welcoming boutique studio atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth:

· Convert first-time clients into loyal members and achieve monthly sales and membership targets.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Community Engagement:

· Build partnerships with local businesses and attend community events to increase brand visibility.

· Enhance brand awareness through grassroots marketing and social media management.

Team Leadership:

· Manage staff schedules and oversee training on The Vital Stretch Method.

· Organize regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company standards and foster continuous development.

Studio Operations:

· Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency within the studio.

· Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as client retention, sales conversion rates, and revenue growth.

· Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Marketing and Events:

· Assist with studio social media accounts, organize local events, and distribute promotional materials to attract clients.

Client Experience:

· Foster a professional, welcoming environment for clients while embodying The Vital Stretch’s mission and values.

· Collect and utilize client feedback to improve services and ensure satisfaction.

· Introducing potential clients to our methods and presenting them with a program suitable and tailored for them.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in the health and wellness industry in a leadership role (Studio Manager, Team Lead, or similar)
• A passion for fitness and wellness, experience with membership sales and retention
• Strong background in sales, marketing, and content creation/management of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Organized, self-starter, great communicator, and obsessed with guest satisfaction

Preferred:

• NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach certification and Lead VSP certification (training provided if needed).
• Familiarity with studio management software (e.g. Momence) and proficiency with social media platforms.

Expectations:

• Take ownership of the studio’s overall performance, proactively identifying and resolving challenges.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards across studio operations.
• Prepare regular performance reports for franchise owners.
• Promote a team-oriented, client-first culture.
