What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create data capture and tagging documentation to support GM's digital properties
- Document tagging plans and collaborate with development teams for implementation and QA
- Develop and maintain Adobe Analytics report suite design
- Partner with analytics teams to develop data schemas for cloud data access
- Ensure data capture solutions comply with privacy regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5 years of experience in analytics development, tagging strategy, or product analytics
- Bachelors Degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable analytics tools
- Proven experience in implementing and customizing tags for site optimization
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and relational databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of APIs and technologies like JSON and REST
- Experience in the e-commerce domain
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Analytics platform implementation components
