About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Techno Functional consultant to lead the design and development of scalable, fault-tolerant cloud-based systems. The ideal candidate will bring in strongexperience in software engineering, with a strong focus on cloud architecture, microservices, and enterprise integration. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building high-performance platforms. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture & System Design Architect and maintain high-availability infrastructure using AWS services (Lambda, EC2, RDS, API Gateway). Design and implement multi-tenant SaaS platforms with isolated data environments and unified APIs. Develop fault-tolerant systems with automated disaster recovery and high uptime guarantees. Software Development & Engineering Build scalable microservices using TypeScript, Java, Go, and Spring frameworks. Optimize large-scale databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, Oracle) for performance and cost-efficiency. Lead development of enterprise-grade APIs compliant with TM Forum standards. DevOps & Infrastructure Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and zero-defect deployment strategies. Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform for infrastructure automation and reliability. Monitor and maintain system health using Grafana, Prometheus, and site reliability engineering practices. Performance & Optimization Engineer caching strategies and distributed systems to achieve sub-200ms response times. Reduce operational costs through innovative architecture and database optimization. Leadership & Innovation Mentor junior developers and establish technical best practices across teams. Drive rapid development through reusable frameworks and automation tools. Contribute to open-source projects and stay current with emerging technologies. Good to Have: Proven success in building commercial SaaS platforms and enterprise systems. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Java, Go, Swift, React, NextJS, and Spring. Deep understanding of AWS services, microservices design, and multi-tenant architecture. Experience with telecom platforms (RTBS, CCBS) and enterprise integration. Experience with generative AI technologies and automated content curation. Background in application development and modernization. Familiarity with TM Forum standards and enterprise integration patterns. Open-source contributions and custom tooling development. Mandatory Skills: Servicenow -Customer Service Management.Experience: 5-8 Years.Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 .
