Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and design industry, is seeking a UI Production Designer - Mobile App Design to join their team. As a UI Production Designer - Mobile App Design, you will be part of the Design Foundations team supporting cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in design principles and technical implementation, possess excellent communication skills, and be proactive in process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: UI Production Designer - Mobile App Design

Location: Remote

Pay Range: 70/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide detailed, well-documented design specifications for product features to support seamless development processes.
• Collaborate effectively with product designers, product managers, and engineers to define and deliver consistent user experiences.
• Review design concepts for component usage, ensuring visual and UX pattern consistency across products.
• Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the ADC Design System, UX guidelines, and related processes.
• Create, revise, and maintain design files, including component libraries and developer handoff documentation, ensuring clarity and ease of navigation.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in design and technical implementation.
• Extensive experience with Figma, including file management, component creation, and collaboration features.
• Experience with design system maintenance and evolution, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Strong communication skills, capable of working effectively across different teams and disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human factors, or a related field.
