Job Description
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced UKG Kronos Boomi Developer to support and enhance workforce management integrations and scheduling solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with UKG Kronos platforms , Boomi integrations , and advanced scheduling configurations .
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support integrations using Boomi with UKG Kronos systems
Work extensively with UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and Workforce Central (WFC)
Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Kronos and third-party systems
Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Configure and support advanced scheduling within UKG Kronos
Troubleshoot integration, scheduling, and data-related issues
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and system reliability

Strong experience as a UKG Kronos Developer
Hands-on expertise with:
UKG WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)
UKG WFC (Workforce Central)
Boomi (Dell Boomi)
System Integrations
SQL
Advanced Scheduling
Experience supporting remote/global implementations is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
