Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead and manage directional drilling crews installing fiber optic cable in a primary area, typically overseeing 1 to 5 crews. The ideal candidate must be dependable, organized and capable of ensuring smooth daily operations. In this role, you will manage the install and maintain underground cables and related infrastructure, ensuring proper connectivity for telecommunications, electrical, or other systems. You will also be responsible for digging trenches, laying conduits, and connecting cables, all while adhering to safety standards and industry regulations.
