We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer & Photographer to produce high-quality visual content that elevates our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in video production, photography, editing, and visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past experience in commercial or marketing-focused work. Key Responsibilities Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, website, ads, events, and product launches. Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize storyboards, shoot lists, and creative directions. Capture high-quality content both in-studio and on-location (events, office, client sites, etc.). Handle video editing, color grading, sound syncing, and post-production using industry-standard software. Retouch and edit images for branding, product, lifestyle, and corporate purposes. Maintain and organize media files, raw footage, and archives. Ensure all content aligns with brand style, guidelines, and messaging. Manage and maintain equipment (cameras, lighting, audio, drones, etc.). Stay updated on visual trends, social media formats (Reels, TikTok, shorts, etc.), and emerging technology. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience as a videographer and photographer (Portfolio required). Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.). Strong understanding of video formats, camera settings, lighting, framing, composition, and sound capture. Ability to handle all stages of production: pre-production, shooting, and post-production. Experience in creating short-form and long-form video content for social media and digital campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with drone shooting, motion graphics, and live-streaming What We7re Looking For Proven experience as a videographer, photographer and editor, preferably in the beauty sector, with a strong portfolio.
